Lets talk the importance of keeping healthy. It's not all just about washing your hands and self-quarantine.

We need to look at how the everyday emotions and feelings we are experiencing and we are going through starting from the gut as we know the mind and the gut are very closely associated.

So there is no better time than the present to start a daily routine and introduce some healthy antioxidant smoothies.

Start here with this one easy 5 min smoothie you can make plus you can get the kids involved.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup of frozen mixed berry fruit 

1 kiwi, skin removed

1 cup of orange juice

1 small banana

Place all the ingredients in a blender and puree,

Blend until smooth and pour into a glass.
