For all Australia-wide deliveries, we send out via post the next day. Australia Post costs a flat rate of AU$9
Express delivery with 1 -3 days delivery flat rate $14.95
International deliveries with be charged AU$25.00
When you receive your new item and for some reason are unhappy with the size or fit of your garment, please contact via email email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving goods.
You will then be sent an email containing an Exchange Authorisation Number and instructions on returning the garment. Once the garment has been received and has undergone a quality control check to ensure the garment has not been worn and the tags are still in place, your new size will be dispatched only if the size is available. If the size is not available you will be issued a store credit to be used in store ONLY .
Please ensure you include a self addressed express post satchel to send your new item back.
Exchanges will not be permitted after 7 days from the date of purchase this allows time for goods to be received.
Conveniently we will accept returns in store at our Adelaide based boutique located at 58 Henley Beach Road, Mile End. You will be issued another size or store credit to be used in store only.
Store credit notes are valid for 3 months.
As all our garments are checked for any faults WE DO NOT REFUND ON GOODS for change of mind.
All SALE ITEMS purchased are final, we do not return on discounted items.
No returns will be accepted on accessories for personal hygiene regulations.
